The system sends the password recovery link to the address used during registration. Before opening a support ticket, please perform the following checks
- Make sure you have entered the correct e-mail address. Type the address in the appropriate field, avoiding copy/paste (this operation may include extra characters, such as spaces or dots, which are sometimes not very visible).
- Check your spam folder.
If even after these checks and passages you do not receive the email containing the recovery link, you can open a support ticket.
