The processing of personal data obtained through the use of technical cookies is based on the legitimate interest of the data controller, as these are necessary tools for the proper functioning of the site, both for statistical and defence against fraud purposes.

The processing of personal data provided by users who submit requests for assistance through this service, is based on the contract for the provision of the service for which assistance is requested and the legitimate interest of the Controller, as it is necessary to comply with the obligations related to a contract entered into with the entities or companies concerned, to ensure the security of the information and the legitimacy of the requests.

Data provided by the user

The request for assistance involves the acquisition of personal data such as name, email address and other information that may be necessary to provide the service (tax code, identification documents, etc.).

The personal data entered in the forms on this portal, are protected by DigitalPA s.r.l. and used to perform the service requested by the user, to carry out the necessary checks, to provide the requested information and to contact the user.

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this portal acquire, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the portal, the addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computing environment.

Navigation data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed in order to obtain statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or per day, geographical areas of origin, etc.) and to check the correct functioning of the services offered.

The provision of data is mandatory, as without the requested data it is not possible to verify the legitimacy of the request and to carry out the necessary checks in order to respond to the request.

Personal data are processed by automated tools and are kept for the time necessary for their processing. Specific security measures are taken to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The personal data provided by users who submit requests for assistance through this service may be communicated to third parties (the Organism or Company to which the platform referred to in the request for assistance) only when necessary.

Only technical cookies are used, which do not allow the creation of profiles and identification of individuals. The only persistent cookie that is used allows the user to personalize the navigation of the portal, so that he/she does not have to make this choice every time he/she accesses the portal. The use of session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable safe and efficient exploration of the portal.

The interested party may exercise the rights provided by Articles 15 to 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679, if applicable to the case: access to data to know them, verify their use, have them corrected, updated, rectified, integrated, deleted, or limit or oppose their processing.

Requests should be addressed to the address: Via San Tommaso D'Aquino 18/A, Cagliari (CA).
