Our Support Service will reply to your query usually in 24 / 48 hours depending on the issue reported.

Our Help Desk is available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (CET)


Add screenshots and details

When you open a ticket please remember to carefully describe the issue you are reporting, adding as many details as possible.  Please also be sure you attach screenshots of what you see.
